Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team in Islamabad. The SDR will be at the forefront of our growth engine, responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for our senior sales team. The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and an inquisitive nature to drive our business development efforts forward. You will primarily focus on strategic outreach on platforms like LinkedIn and effectively managing inbound interest.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers in our target industries.
  • Conduct strategic and personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels to generate interest and book meetings for our senior sales team.
  • Manage and qualify inbound leads generated from our marketing efforts, ensuring a timely and professional follow-up.
  • Clearly articulate Thoughtscape AI's value proposition, demonstrating a foundational understanding of our AI solutions and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and lead statuses in our CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings booked.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and ensure a smooth hand-off of qualified leads.
  • Continuously explore and experiment with new outreach strategies and tools to improve lead generation processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role is a plus, but we welcome ambitious candidates eager to start their sales career.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and professional outreach messages.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand client needs and business challenges.
  • A genuine interest in technology and AI, with a basic understanding of technical concepts and the ability to upskill quickly.
  • An inquisitive and proactive mindset, with a knack for research, problem-solving, and discovering new business development avenues.
  • Resilient, coachable, and highly motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM software is a significant advantage.
