
Sales Development Representative

We want to enroll a capable, seasoned sales representative who has experience as a Sales Development Representative and has worked on international campaigns, primarily businesses based out of the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect, identify, and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective strategies and consistent follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and optimize performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide value to clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Passion for Sales: Enthusiastic about building relationships, solving problems, and closing deals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles).
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) will be appreciated.Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales and Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- 3+ years of B2B, B2C and Direct to client sales experience.
- Able to provide results from previous experiences.
- Ability to comprehend client requirements and develop the best suitable sales process.
- Quick thinking ability to adjust the sales pitch on the go.Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Calendly).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and businesses.
