About the Role

Digifik is looking for two motivated Sales Executives to join our Islamabad team for a UK-based logistics client. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

You'll play a key role in closing deals, managing client interactions, and driving growth through effective communication and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads and reach out to potential clients for logistics services.
  • Conduct virtual or phone-based sales meetings with international clients.
  • Understand logistics solutions (freight, supply chain, etc.) to tailor sales pitches.
  • Build long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English (neutral accent preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, freight, or B2B services.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
  • Must be available to work on-site in Islamabad.
