Job Description:

We are looking for a
Quality Assurance Executive
to work closely with the Project Manager in maintaining, testing, and improving the company's software systems. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality performance across existing applications and support process enhancements for software and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test, review, and identify bugs or performance issues in company and client-facing software.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure timely resolution of software issues.
  • Conduct manual testing for new features and updates.
  • Document bugs, system improvements, and change requests clearly and systematically.
  • Evaluate user feedback and suggest practical improvements for better user experience.
  • Ensure product and process compliance with internal QA/QC standards.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining test cases, checklists, and process documentation.
  • Coordinate with developers and cross-functional teams to verify fixes and enhancements.
  • Monitor software performance metrics and generate QA reports for management review.
  • Work on improving software processes and contributing to continual improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience
    in QA, QC, or software testing roles (preferably in tech or logistics sectors).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with software testing tools and bug tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of QA methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile processes.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar project management systems.
  • Familiarity with basic SQL queries or API testing is a plus.
  • Process-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement and quality control.
