  • Perform comprehensive quality assurance reviews across all Shopify product listings to verify accuracy in product titles, descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
  • Test website functionality and identify any bugs, broken links, or visual inconsistencies, providing clear documentation for resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with design, content, and eCommerce teams to ensure consistent brand identity and presentation across all digital touchpoints.
  • Conduct detailed audits of product data, size charts, and metadata to confirm compliance with brand standards and fashion industry requirements.
  • Oversee campaign launches, product uploads, and content updates to guarantee seamless execution and high-quality customer experiences.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives by recommending process optimizations and establishing best practices for quality assurance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in quality assurance, eCommerce operations, or the fashion retail industry.
  • Proficient in Shopify, including store management, product testing, and content updates.
  • Strong understanding of digital merchandising principles, product presentation, and online customer experience best practices.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
