Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange domestic and international travel (tickets, accommodation, and transportation) for management, employees, and guests on a timely basis.
  • Manage visa processing, including local employee visas and Japanese work/family visas, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
  • Provide special protocol assistance for company foreign staff and guests at airports, ensuring smooth immigration, arrival, and departure.
  • Organize and coordinate trainings, seminars, conferences, launch events, and official delegations.
  • Arrange international and domestic travel for groups, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Liaise with government bodies such as
    IB, FIA, Ministries, and Consulates
    for various approvals and clearances.
  • Arrange NOCs from relevant ministries for both foreign and local employees traveling to restricted areas before departure.
  • Manage issuance of international travel insurance for all travelers.
  • Maintain accurate travel records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Qualification & Experience:

  • BBA / MBA / MPA or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate travel, visa processing, and protocol management.
  • Strong coordination and networking skills with government departments, embassies, and service providers.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on experience on SAP will be considered a plus.
