Job description:

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Department: Accounts & Finance

Location: DHA Phase 4, Lahore

Job Purpose:

To ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the SAP system, assist in day-to-day accounting operations, and support the finance team in maintaining financial records in compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate posting in 
    SAP
     (Business one modules).
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable entries, including invoice booking, vendor payments, and customer receipts.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger, subsidiary accounts, and bank statements.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments as required.
  • Maintain documentation for audit purposes and support internal/external audits.
  • Monitor and resolve accounting discrepancies or irregularities in SAP entries.
  • Maintain proper filing and backup of all accounting documents in both hard and soft formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:
     Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA, CA Inter, or equivalent is a plus).
  • Experience:
     Minimum 
    2–4 years
     of relevant experience in accounting with hands-on experience in 
    SAP
     User
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in 
    SAP ERP System
  • Strong knowledge of 
    MS Excel
