Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Upwork Bidder, who will be responsible for identifying and bidding on potential projects on the Upwork platform. The individual will maintain consistent communication with potential clients, manage proposal submissions, and ensure timely follow-ups to secure opportunities. The role requires relationship building, creating appealing proposals, and understanding client needs to align services effectively. The Upwork Bidder will play a key role in driving agency growth on a commission-based structure.

Qualifications

  • Experience in preparing professional proposals and bidding on global freelancing platforms, such as Upwork
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services, including SEO, SMM, PPC, email marketing, and lead generation
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to identify potential clients and tailor strategies to their specific needs
  • Self-motivation, aptitude for remote work, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing or client development role is a plus
