Role Overview:

We are hiring a Client Acquisition Specialist
to identify, engage, and convert potential clients on
Upwork and Fiverr
. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a proven ability to bring in new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunt and convert qualified leads on Upwork and Fiverr.
  • Write and submit compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline to close deals effectively.
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships for repeat business.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups and lead nurturing to close deals.
  • Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Track sales metrics, generate weekly reports, and meet monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bidder or business developer on Upwork or Fiverr.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of web development services is a plus.
