Cold Caller (USA-Based Firm)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our team. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the U.S. market.
  • Introduce and promote company services in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Schedule appointments and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call/lead targets.
  • Follow up on warm leads and nurture prospects through consistent communication.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in handling rejections.
  • Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional phone setup (if remote).
