Job Description:

  • Architect
    integrations between ServiceNow ITOM Event Management
    and tools like
    Splunk, Dynatrace, BMC, and SolarWinds
    .
  • Lead
    CMDB design, service mapping, and discovery projects
    for accurate CI relationships and service health modeling.
  • Build
    Service Portfolio and Catalog frameworks
    to align IT services with SLAs and business objectives.
  • Enable
    predictive analytics and intelligent incident response
    through ServiceNow AIOps and Operational Intelligence.
  • Collaborate with observability and automation teams to create standardized data models and dashboards.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years
    of experience in
    ServiceNow architecture and ITOM/ITSM implementations
    .
  • Hands-on expertise with
    Event Management, CMDB modeling, Service Mapping, and orchestration
    .
  • Proven experience integrating
    multi-platform telemetry
    (Splunk, Dynatrace, BMC, SolarWinds) into ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of
    MID Server design and ITOM health dashboards
    .
  • ServiceNow CSA or CIS (ITOM/CMDB)
    certification preferred
