About Us

We are a fast-growing fresh juice chain committed to providing customers with fresh, healthy, and delicious juices, smoothies, and shakes in a welcoming environment. To lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations, we are hiring a Juice Bar Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the juice bar, including opening and closing procedures
  • Handle staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management (hiring & firing authority)
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Implement and monitor sales targets, promotions, and upselling strategies
  • Handle cash management, POS reports, and expense tracking
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive guest experience
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food & beverage or retail management (juice bar/café experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a team effectively and motivate staff
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (day/night/weekends)
