Role Description

We are looking for a
Marketing & PR Manager
to join
The Retro Bar
in Lahore. This is a full-time on-site role where the individual will take ownership of all aspects of our brand's marketing and communication.

The Marketing & PR Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns (digital, on-ground, and PR).
  • Managing
    social media content, influencer collaborations, and community engagement
    .
  • Acting as the
    primary liaison with creative and media agencies
    , ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Leading
    performance marketing and e-commerce growth initiatives
    , including online ordering platforms.
  • Conceptualizing and executing
    events, activations, and participation in exhibitions
    to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Building and nurturing
    media relations, press releases, and brand communications
    across channels.
  • Driving
    lead generation strategies
    and customer acquisition funnels.
  • Bringing
    fresh campaign ideas, creative communication, and innovative marketing tactics
    to life.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    marketing, PR, and social media management
    .
  • Strong grasp of
    performance marketing, digital media buying, and e-commerce management
    .
  • Excellent
    agency and vendor management skills
    with ability to brief and evaluate campaigns.
  • Creativity in developing
    campaign ideas, activations, and brand communications
    .
  • Event planning and
    hands-on experience in exhibitions, launches, and PR activities
    .
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in
    hospitality, food & beverage, or FMCG marketing
    will be considered an advantage.
