We are looking for a skilled Google Ads Specialist who can plan, create, and manage high-performing PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate understands how to drive quality traffic, reduce cost per click, and increase conversions while keeping campaigns fully optimized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Write compelling ad copy that increases click-through rate and improves Quality Score.
  • Set up conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and GA4.
  • Monitor daily performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve ROI.
  • Run A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and audiences.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure all campaigns follow Google Ads policies and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search + Performance Max required).
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, and attribution models.
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on results.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and keyword research tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain performance clearly.
  • Creative mindset for ad copy, visuals, and testing new strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads Certification (Search/Display/Video/Shopping).
  • Experience with landing page optimization and CRO.
  • Knowledge of remarketing and Google Merchant Center.
