Job Overview:

Barani Institute of Information Technology (BIIT) is seeking a results-driven Ads Specialist to plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various online platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to support brand awareness and lead generation objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversions, ROI).
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to ensure effective ad delivery.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve performance and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with advertising on LinkedIn or YouTube is a plus.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and event configuration.
