About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the art and science of paid advertising — from strategy and setup to optimization and analytics — with a strong focus on Facebook and Instagram campaigns.

You'll be responsible for creating and managing Meta Ads campaigns that drive measurable growth, improve ROI, and build our clients' online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and execute high-performing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).

Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to maximize ad performance.

Develop and test ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS).

Manage ad budgets effectively and allocate spend strategically.

Set up and maintain Facebook Pixel and Conversion API tracking.

Generate performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and policy changes in Meta advertising.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads required).

Proven track record of delivering measurable results and scaling ad performance.

Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and conversion tracking.

Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and similar tools.

Experience in A/B testing, remarketing, and funnel optimization.

Creative and detail-oriented with strong copywriting and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads.

Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce).

Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe tools).
