Role Description

The Ecommerce Marketplace Executive will be responsible for managing our online sales presence across Amazon, eBay, Temu, Shopify, and Walmart. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with hands-on experience in product listings, optimization, order management, inventory control, customer service, advertising campaigns, market analysis, and ensuring compliance with marketplace policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Listing & Optimization

• Create, manage, and optimize product listings across Amazon, eBay, Temu, Shopify, and Walmart.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve product rankings and visibility.
• Ensure all content, images, and descriptions are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Continuously update listings based on performance insights and market trends.

2. Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and ensure availability across platforms.
• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams for restocking.
• Use inventory tools to forecast demand and manage stock efficiently.
• Oversee shipment tracking with fulfillment centers.

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Manage end-to-end order processing across all marketplaces.
• Ensure timely and accurate order dispatch with logistics and fulfillment partners.
• Handle order issues, cancellations, and delivery concerns.
• Maintain proper records of sales, orders, and returns.

4. Customer Service

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and return requests.
• Manage customer experience pre- and post-purchase.
• Monitor and manage reviews/ratings to maintain strong seller reputations.
• Implement strategies to boost customer satisfaction.

5. Market Research & Analysis

• Track competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance, KPIs, and marketplace metrics.
• Prepare reports to support decision-making and business growth.

6. Marketing & Promotions

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns across marketplaces.
• Manage and optimize paid ads (Amazon PPC, eBay Promotions, Walmart Ads, etc.).
• Work with the marketing team on creatives, offers, and campaigns.
• Monitor and report on ad performance for continuous optimization.

7. Compliance & Policy Management

• Ensure adherence to all marketplace rules and policies.
• Stay updated with policy changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Handle account health issues, disputes, or IP-related concerns.
• Implement preventive measures to avoid account suspensions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketplace management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven knowledge of Amazon, eBay, Temu, Shopify, and Walmart platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.
• Proficiency in inventory and order management systems.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven strategies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Knowledge of compliance standards across eCommerce platforms.

Job Title: Ecommerce Marketplace Executive (On-site)

Location: Karachi (Preference for candidates near DHA Phase 8)

Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
