Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern (Female) to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in Human Resources and gain experience in HR operations. The selected candidate will work closely with our HR department to support recruitment, employee engagement and day to day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support HR in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, orientations and company events.
  • Handle basic employee queries with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR related reports and documentation as required.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate (preferably in HR, Business Administration or related field).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team environment.
