  • Maintain a polite, professional, and solution-oriented approach at all times

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus)
  • Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, CRM or spreadsheets)
  • Prior experience in customer support, call center, or chat handling is preferred
  • Ability to multitask and respond promptly
  • Calm, patient, and customer-focused attitude
