Customer Support Specialist – Night Shift

Location: Gulshan-e-Jama-l, Karachi

-Shift: 9-hour shift between 6:00 PM– 6:00 AM

-Working Days: 6 days/week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional support to international clients via calls, emails, and chat.
  • Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Log interactions accurately in CRM systems.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • -Excellent English communication (verbal & written)-Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills-Proficiency with CRM and support platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
