As a growing white-label brand, we're expanding our digital footprint globally and are looking for a results-driven marketing professional to help us scale through Meta Ads and Google Marketing.

Role Overview

We're seeking a Meta Ads & Google Marketing Expert who understands eCommerce consumer behavior, can craft data-backed campaigns, and consistently drives profitable sales conversions.

You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of paid digital advertising — from creative strategy to budget optimization — ensuring the Balleza brand stands out and converts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) ad campaigns.
  • Develop targeting strategies that align with Balleza's brand positioning and audience segments.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CTR, and CPA through A/B testing and advanced analytics.
  • Design and refine ad creatives, copy, and funnels that match the luxury tone of Balleza.
  • Set up and manage pixels, conversion tracking, and retargeting audiences.
  • Create detailed performance reports and insights to guide ongoing improvements.
  • Stay updated with algorithm changes and digital marketing trends in eCommerce and consumer tech.

Requirements

2–4 years of proven experience in Meta and Google Ads for eCommerce brands.

Deep understanding of ad funnels, remarketing, and conversion optimization.

Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, and Pixel tracking tools.

Strong skills in ad copywriting and creative testing.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn analytics into action.

Prior experience with premium or white-label product marketing is a strong plus.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Familiarity with email automation or influencer marketing strategies.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
  • Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
