Job description:

Dreamworld Resort, Hotel & Golf Course is looking for a dedicated and proactive HSE Officer to ensure a safe and healthy environment for employees, members, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain safety guidelines, procedures, and policies across the organization.
  • Ensure health and hygiene standards for all employees, members, and guests.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections across various resort locations.
  • Perform monthly inspections of fire extinguishers and other safety equipment and record.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of personal protective equipment (PPE) programs.
  • Conduct a Risk Assessment & Report.
  • Conduct In House Training & Tool Box talk.
  • Overall supervision of First Aid Department.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-7 years in a relevant HSE role.
  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Health & Safety.
  • Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor, OSHA.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, proactive approach, and attention to detail.
  • Preferred: Young, energetic candidates with a passion for safety and compliance.
