Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the accounts payable function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoice processing and payments.
  • Monitor vendor accounts and reconcile statements.
  • Review and authorize payment runs, expense reports, and vendor reconciliations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Implement and improve processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment issues.
  • Prepare reports on payables, aging, and cash flow.
  • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with some team-handling or supervisory exposure preferred.
  • Strong command of accounting principles and payable cycle management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
