Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for direct sales and business development, visiting architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and under-construction projects to introduce and promote our products. This role is highly field-based and requires someone energetic, confident, and passionate about sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate leads and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers.
  • Conduct door-to-door visits and presentations at under-construction projects and design studios.
  • Promote AFINISHES' range of architectural products and educate clients about their unique benefits.
  • Follow up with clients, manage inquiries, and close sales effectively.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.
  • Maintain a professional brand image of AFINISHES in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proactive attitude with a passion for sales and networking.
  • Must own a motorbike or personal mode of transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and on the field most of the time.
  • Prior experience in construction/architectural/interior products sales will be a plus.
