About the Role:

We're looking for a confident, creative, and dynamic Marketing Lead to join our team The ideal candidate should be someone who knows how to take charge, lead a team, and bring fresh ideas to life through impact marketing campaigns and engaging shoots.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

2-Plan, organize, and conduct marketing shoots (both photos & videos).

3-Be comfortable and confident in front of the camera—no camera shyness

4-Edit videos and photos for social media and brand campaigns.

4-Create engaging marketing content that connects with our audience.

5-Build and maintain a strong online presence across all digital platforms.

6-Motivate, guide, and engage team members to achieve marketing goals.

7-Collaborate with cross-functional teams for creative campaign ideas.

Requirements:

1
-Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, or Social Media Management.

2-Excellent communication and presentation skills.

3-Strong shooting and video editing skills (must know camera handling).

4-Confident personality with the ability to lead and engage a team.

5-Must be creative, proactive, and full of energy.

6-Comfortable working on-site in DHA Phase 5, Lahore.

7-Flexible and confident to be part of on-camera activities when required.
