We're looking for a
Business Development Team Lead
with
4+ years of proven experience
and a
strong portfolio of successful projects or clients
to lead our BD team and accelerate our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of business development executives to meet and exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement effective business growth strategies and plans.
  • Identify potential markets, clients, and partnerships aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage the full business development cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on go-to-market plans.
  • Present regular performance reports, forecasts, and actionable insights to management.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in
    Business Development / Sales
    , with at least
    1–2 years in a leadership or team lead role
    .
  • Strong portfolio of successful deals, client accounts, or growth campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding business targets.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and lead under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in
    B2B sales
    or
    international business development
    .
  • Familiarity with
    digital products, SaaS platforms, or marketing solutions
    .
  • Existing network in relevant industries or markets.
