Summary:

The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, compliance with financial regulations, and the efficient use of resources. This role involves managing financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional analytical skills, and extensive experience in financial management.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to senior management.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage the annual budget process, providing insights and recommendations for financial planning.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and trend analysis, to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure all financial operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies, including tax obligations.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, addressing any findings and implementing corrective actions.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability, optimizing the use of financial resources.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient and effective financial procedures.
  • Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring the organization's financial health.
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support business initiatives, communicating financial performance to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    ACCA/CA Qualified or a Master's degree in Finance.
  • Experience
    : Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:
    Advanced skills in Excel are essential.
  • Accounting Software Expertise:
     Extensive experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle.
  • Advanced Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities:
     Capable of interpreting complex financial data to provide actionable insights.
  • Meticulous Accuracy:
    High degree of precision and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent Communication:
     Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Abilities:
    Efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Effective Collaboration:
    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and build effective working relationships across the organization.
  • Proven Leadership and Team Management:
     Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor finance staff, fostering a culture of professional development and continuous improvement.

Timings:

7 pm to 4 am (Winters)

6 pm to 3 am (Summers)
