We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist to upload and manage products on our online store. The ideal candidate will have experience working with eCommerce platforms and a strong eye for accuracy, ensuring that every product is listed with complete, correct, and SEO-friendly details.

Responsibilities:

  • Upload products to the eCommerce website with accurate titles, descriptions, prices, SKUs, and categories.
  • Add and optimize product images for best display quality.
  • Ensure all product details match the provided specifications and are free from errors.
  • Write clear, SEO-friendly product descriptions to enhance visibility in search engines.
  • Organize products in the correct categories and collections.
  • Maintain consistent formatting across all listings.
  • Double-check for missing or incorrect information before publishing.

Requirements:

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic image editing skills (resize, crop, adjust brightness/contrast) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CSV bulk upload methods.
  • Experience in writing engaging, keyword-optimized product content.
  • Knowledge of Google Merchant Center or marketplace listing (Amazon, eBay, etc.) is a bonus.
