Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Amazon Specialist to manage and grow our Amazon business operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with product research, listing optimization, PPC campaign management, and customer service. This role requires a mix of analytical, creative, and organizational skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Research: Identify profitable product opportunities using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa.
  • Listing Optimization: Create and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.
  • PPC Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and monitor Sponsored Ads campaigns, focusing on cost efficiency and sales growth.
  • Design & Content: Use Canva/Figma (or coordinate with freelancers) to develop engaging product images, A+ content, and brand creatives.
  • Inventory Management: Prepare shipping plans, track stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to avoid stockouts or overstock.
  • Customer Service: Handle buyer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage product reviews and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and ranking strategies.
  • Familiarity with PPC campaign setup and performance analysis.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Figma) or ability to coordinate with designers.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and results-driven mindset.
