Position: Female Trainer – Call Center

Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Night Shift)

About the Role:

Leads Expert is looking for a confident and experienced Female Trainer to join our call center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new hires, developing their communication and sales skills, and ensuring the team is well-prepared to meet business goals. This role is key in shaping the performance, professionalism, and success of our agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for new call center recruits.
• Develop training material, scripts, and role-play scenarios.
• Enhance agents' communication, sales, and customer handling skills.
• Monitor performance during training and provide constructive feedback.
• Evaluate trainees and recommend them for production readiness.
• Conduct refresher trainings for existing staff when required.
• Ensure training aligns with company goals and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent education.
• Previous experience as a call center trainer or in a similar role.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation, mentoring, and motivational abilities.
• Ability to identify skill gaps and design effective training solutions.
• Confident personality with leadership qualities.
