As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, screening, and presenting qualified candidates who meet the technical and professional requirements of our U.S. clients. You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process from understanding client needs to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding.

Your work will involve sourcing candidates from various platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Upwork, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other online databases. You will communicate directly with candidates, evaluate their technical abilities and communication skills, and ensure they align with the expectations of our clients.

This position requires someone who is proactive, confident, and capable of managing multiple recruitment pipelines at once. You should have a strong understanding of the IT and professional services landscape and be able to engage with candidates effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, or a related field
