Technical Recruiter – Staff Augmentation (Onsite, Lahore)

GoodFaith Staffing is a Pakistan-based staff augmentation company that provides top-tier professionals to U.S. clients across multiple industries. We are expanding our in-house recruitment team in Lahore and looking for an energetic and skilled Technical Recruiter to join our growing organization.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, screening, and presenting qualified candidates who meet the technical and professional requirements of our U.S. clients. You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process from understanding client needs to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding.

Your work will involve sourcing candidates from various platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Upwork, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other online databases. You will communicate directly with candidates, evaluate their technical abilities and communication skills, and ensure they align with the expectations of our clients.

This position requires someone who is proactive, confident, and capable of managing multiple recruitment pipelines at once. You should have a strong understanding of the IT and professional services landscape and be able to engage with candidates effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, or a related field

Experience in technical or IT recruitment is preferred

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency with modern recruitment tools and sourcing methods

Ability to work full-time onsite at our Wapda Town, Lahore office
