Join our team as an HR Executive and play a key role in supporting our Sales Department's growth and success.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to provide dedicated HR support to our Sales Department. This role will focus on recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals. Previous experience in Software House will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions (job postings, candidates screening, interviewing, selection)
  • Partner with Directors & Managers to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
  • Design and conduct effective onboarding programs for new hires

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as primary HR contact for Sales team members
  • Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts when necessary
  • Develop and implement engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention

Performance Management

  • Support implementation of performance evaluation systems
  • Track and analyze sales team KPIs and productivity metrics
  • Assist managers with performance improvement plans and development strategies

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs specific to teams
  • Coordinate skill development programs (sales techniques, product knowledge, soft skills)
  • Facilitate career path planning for high-potential employees

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
  • Process payroll inputs and manage benefits administration

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Generate regular HR reports (attrition, hiring, engagement)
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Present data-driven insights to leadership

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience, preferably in software house or on Technical Recruitment Role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
