Role Overview

The Project Support Coordinator will play a key role in supporting healthcare technology implementation projects, with a focus on effective collaboration, client coordination, and documentation. The role requires a strong understanding of healthcare systems, hospital workflows, and HIMS (Hospital Information Management System).

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Implementation, Support, Development, QA, HR) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining technical and project documentation (user manuals, reports, presentations, SOPs).
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of deliverables.
  • Coordinate with clients, particularly hospitals and healthcare facilities, to understand their requirements and address concerns professionally.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and healthcare professionals to ensure alignment with hospital culture and operations.
  • Provide assistance in the creation of healthcare-related training material and documentation.
  • Support monitoring and reporting on project status, risks, and issues to management.
  • Maintain organized records of project documentation, correspondence, and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare standards while managing client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in technical and project documentation writing.
  • Basic understanding of HIMS and healthcare workflows.
  • Experience or familiarity with hospital culture and healthcare client interactions.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in healthcare IT projects or hospital-based systems.
  • Knowledge of project coordination tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or equivalent).
  • Exposure to healthcare compliance and regulatory standards.
