  • Transaction Handling & POS Management
  • Process sales transactions, handle cash / card payments, ensure accuracy.
  • Handle exchanges, returns and follow store policy.
  • Customer Service & Problem Solving
  • Address customer complaints or queries and resolve them or escalate if necessary. careers.

  • Product Knowledge & Promotion
  • Stay updated on product lines, promotions, new arrivals, policies, and store procedures.

  • Be alert to risks of theft or security issues; follow loss prevention practices.
  • Reporting & Feedback
  • Record sales, maintain records of customer interactions.
  • Give feedback from customers to management (e.g. what's liked, what's not, suggestions) for improving service / product / display.
  • Teamwork & Training
  • Work with other staff to ensure smooth operations (stocking, display, cash handling).
  • Possibly help mentor or train newer staff / be involved in training sessions.
