Group Development Pakistan (GDP) is looking for a Senior Project Officer to lead community engagement, capacity building, and coordination with youth- and women-led organizations across Pakistan.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Aghaaz Youth-Friendly Spaces (AYFS) and The Learning Network (TLN).

Lead capacity-building activities: one ToT, 10 thematic sessions, 4 regional meetups, and a closing event.

Conduct Learning Needs Assessment (LNA) and support Development Impact Plans (DIPs).

Manage trainers/mentors, donor reporting, and project monitoring.

Ensure gender equality and inclusion in all activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Law, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years' experience in community engagement, youth development, or working with CBOs.
  • Strong skills in event coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Commitment to gender equality, inclusion, and safeguarding.

Salary:
 PKR 220,000 (all-inclusive)
