NexHive is hiring Front Sales Executive

Location: DHA, Phase 7, Karachi.

Job Shift: Night Shift

Timings: 8:00 pm - 5:00 am

Job Summary:

The Front Sales Executive will be responsible for directly engaging with customers, generating leads, and driving sales for our products and services. This role requires a customer-centric attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales drive. The Front Sales Executive will work to meet and exceed sales targets while representing the company with a professional and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Actively engage with customers to promote and sell company products and services.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
  • Maintain a strong, positive relationship with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Provide prompt and accurate information on products, services, and company policies.
  • Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels (in-person, online, events).
  • Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and update CRM systems accordingly.
  • Product Knowledge and Training:
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Attend and actively participate in sales training sessions.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
