Role Description

As a Provider Relationship Coordinator, you will serve as the main communication bridge between us and healthcare providers. Your focus will be to keep providers informed, engaged, and confident in our services while reactivating past relationships. This is
not a sales role
— the focus is on communication, support, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and onboard new provider accounts, ensuring smooth setup and first use of lab services.
  • Maintain regular communication with active providers (e.g., updates on results, feedback check-ins, reminders to send more referrals).
  • Reach out to dormant providers to reintroduce our services and encourage renewed engagement.
  • Track provider feedback, service issues, and relay important information internally.
  • Provide light account management support (ensuring reports are received, clarifying provider needs, addressing questions).
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, engagement activities, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Prior experience in healthcare coordination, account management, customer success, or client relations preferred.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare providers.
  • Comfortable using CRM or provider management systems.
