Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karāchi for a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, addressing client needs and concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves regular communication with clients, developing client relationship strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The Manager will also handle client inquiries, provide support, and partake in client outreach and engagement activities.
