Experts Communication is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales and business development, with strong skills in lead generation, client engagement, and deal closing. This role requires expertise in B2B sales, market research, and strategic relationship building.

Salary: 90, ,000 PKR (based on skills and experience)

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach and networking
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Present and promote company services to potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and business development targets
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
  • Strong lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to convert leads into long-term clients
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
