Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Process Outsourcing Specialist/Consultant, offering the flexibility to work from both the Islamabad office and remotely. The role involves analyzing and optimizing business processes, designing outsourcing strategies, and ensuring alignment with the organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements, identifying areas for efficiency improvements, and providing actionable insights to enhance business performance. The consultant will also be expected to maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide recommendations based on data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Process design and optimization
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate workflows and identify improvements
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders
  • Understanding of Business principles and Outsourcing frameworks
  • Experience in consultancy and process management is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and manage hybrid work arrangements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the local and international business landscape is a plus
