Position: Customer Support Executive (Part-Time)

Industry: BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)

Location: Karachi / Lahore / Islamabad

Shift Timings: 2:00 AM – 7:00 AM or 3:00 AM – 8:00 AM (5-hour shift)

Salary: 47,000 PKR (Gross)

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong verbal and written English communication with good accent/pronunciation
  • A customer-focused mindset
  • Punctuality and professionalism
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, night-shift setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls to assist customers with queries, complaints and service requests
  • Provide accurate product/service information and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain updated records in CRM systems and document all customer interactions
  • Meet assigned performance targets (quality, call handling time, customer satisfaction etc.)
  • Follow call handling scripts and company SOPs while maintaining a professional tone
  • Adhere to data protection and confidentiality guidelines
