WhiteBox is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will help drive business growth by identifying new markets, generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting our services effectively. Experience with online freelancing platforms such as Upwork is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Generate leads and build professional relationships with clients.
  • Prepare and improve proposals for existing and new clients.
  • Arrange and participate in business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote WhiteBox's services, addressing client objectives.
  • Provide feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Utilize online freelancing platforms (e.g., Upwork) to generate business opportunities.
  • Manage time effectively to meet targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Ability to work night shifts (5 PM – 2 AM).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
  • Strong time management and planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of online freelancing portals (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adopt software development processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences (BSCS/SE) or related field.
