Job Title: Bidder – Upwork & Fiverr (Night Shift)

Location: The Logic Design – Building No. 530-A, Faisal Town, Near Jinnah Hospital, Lahore

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

About Us

The Logic Design is a fast-growing software house providing top-notch digital solutions worldwide. We are seeking a Bidder for Upwork & Fiverr who can professionally handle company accounts, maintain our profile, and send proposals to attract and secure new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company profiles on Upwork & Fiverr.
  • Write and submit compelling proposals to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new clients through effective bidding strategies.
  • Communicate with international clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets to earn commissions and bonuses.
  • Maintain records of proposals, bids, and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in bidding on Upwork & Fiverr is preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to craft professional and client-focused proposals.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, digital marketing, and software solutions.
  • Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about achieving results.
