Role Description

This is a 
full-time, on-site
 position for a 
Telesales Representative
.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Making 
    outbound calls
     to potential customers
  • Promoting products and services effectively
  • Achieving daily and monthly sales targets
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Keeping detailed and accurate records of interactions and sales
  • Participating in training sessions
     to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Qualifications

Strong 
communication and persuasion
 skills

Proven 
sales experience
 in outbound campaigns (BPO or call centre preferred)

Ability to 
meet and exceed targets
 under pressure

Excellent 
interpersonal skills
 and a positive attitude

Willingness to work the 
3 PM – 12 AM shift (on-site)

 High School Diploma or equivalent
 (further education is a plus)

Prior 
BPO/call centre
 experience is a strong advantage
