Location: Head Office, Lahore, Pakistan

Department: Software Development

Work Hours: PKT 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Work directly with clients and product owners to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and define detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (grooming, planning, reviews) and act as a key liaison between stakeholders and the development team.

  • Utilize Jira to manage the backlog, prioritize tasks, track sprint progress, and ensure clear visibility for all team members.

  • Maintain constant and clear communication with clients and internal teams, managing expectations and ensuring alignment on project scope and goals.

  • Create and maintain crucial project documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), process flows, and implementation reports.

  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure developed features meet the defined business requirements and acceptance criteria.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.

  • Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Hands-on experience with JIRA is mandatory.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Proficiency in project management and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MS Office/Google Workspace, MS Project/Team Gantt).
