Business Analyst Intern

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to ongoing projects. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students looking to gain hands-on experience in understanding business processes, tools, and data-driven decision-making. The intern will assist in gathering requirements, analyzing data, and supporting project implementation under the guidance of senior analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
Support in translating business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
Work with CRMs and business tools to collect and interpret data.
Help create reports, dashboards, and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Participate in testing, process mapping, and project implementation activities.
Research and identify opportunities for process and system improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of business processes, CRMs, or data analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with SQL or visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
