Globe Call Centre is looking for experienced and proactive Taxi/Cab Dispatchers to join our growing team. If you have at least 1 year of hands-on dispatch coordination experience — ideally within the transportation or cab industry — and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you

Main Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently allocate cabs to meet incoming booking requests in a timely manner.
  • Organize and oversee driver routes and schedules to guarantee punctual pick-ups and drop-offs.
  • Maintain consistent communication with both drivers and clients, promptly addressing delays, route changes, and service updates.
  • Keep accurate records of trip details, driver activity, and dispatch operations.
  • Ensure all dispatch activities follow company policies and relevant transportation guidelines.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and care.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a cab dispatch or related dispatching role.
  • Practical knowledge of dispatch management software and GPS tracking tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
