Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and compliance with company policies. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.


• Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.


• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.


• Manage daily attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll coordination.


• Assist in the execution and monitoring of HR policies and procedures.


• Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards for management review.


• Coordinate with department heads for performance evaluation cycles and training initiatives.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA-HR preferred).


• 1–3 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR operations role.


• Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and documentation procedures.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRMS software is a plus.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Preferred Skills:


• Experience in recruitment and HR operations within a tech or logistics company.


• Familiarity with HRMS tools for attendance, payroll, and employee data management.


• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
