We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Technical Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various technical projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and stakeholders, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within budget. Your ability to communicate effectively and drive project execution will be vital as you liaise between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will utilize project management tools to track progress and maintain clear documentation of project developments and outcomes. You will also be tasked with identifying potential risks and issues, proactively addressing them to minimize disruptions. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, team members, and management to facilitate collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, preparing regular updates for stakeholders and management.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, advising on solutions and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle, including meetings, requirements, and changes.
  • Provide support for project management tools and software, ensuring teams leverage them effectively for better organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in project coordination or management.
  • Proven 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze data and project metrics to track performance and report on results.
  • Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools, such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
