Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Lahore for an Assistant Office Manager. The Assistant Office Manager will support day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain office operations, and ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace. Responsibilities include overseeing office equipment, assisting with administrative procedures, coordinating schedules, and ensuring effective communication with internal staff and clients. The role also requires the delivery of exceptional customer service and supporting the overall efficiency of office management.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including excellent verbal and written abilities.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks.
- Capability to utilize and maintain office equipment effectively.
- Experience in providing excellent Customer Service and resolving inquiries professionally.
- Proven organizational and multitasking abilities to manage daily office operations efficiently.
- Proficiency with office software and basic technological tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role is a plus.
